Technical details
ML-KEM-768 + X25519 hybrid key exchange (NIST Level 3, FIPS 203). ML-DSA-65 + Ed25519 digital signatures (FIPS 204). CVEF v1.4 binary format with AAD binding. No single point of cryptographic failure.
